TODAY'S LOOK | BLUE

Today's Look features a cobalt blue reverse wing.

One of the hardest things about being a makeup artist/beauty blogger/Instagrammer is trying to create a different makeup look every day. Trying to do something you've never done before, & something different to what other artists have done. I was doing my makeup when it occurred to me that if I can put a wing on my upper eyelid, that I could totally do the same on the bottom. The execution is basically the same, except that instead of lining along the top lash line, I line the bottom. Then I allow the line to arc upwards into a wing at the outer corner, just like I would with a traditional wing. I'm also living for this cobalt blue Gel Liner from Nyx! It's bright enough to be different, but not so different that it's a massive departure from using black. I kept the rest of the Face simple, adding only tinted Balm on the lips.
