TODAY'S LOOK | SHAPE

Today's Look is all about a strong contour & geometric lines on the eyes paired with a strong Matte black lip.

I wanted to create something very stark with my makeup. Something bold & edgy, nothing soft or too 'pretty'. I've been struggling creatively lately, so this was a welcome inspiration. I drew the triangles on my eyelids free hand, & by some miracle or the grace of God I actually got them to be symmetrical on both eyes. Maybelline Eye Studio Gel Liner is my absolute favourite Gel Liner, & I used an Inglot eyeliner brush to draw the fine lines. I knew that I wanted to pair it with a really strong lip, & since I wanted it to be very stark, I wanted to use all black & little to no other colour.
