TODAY'S LOOK | DECK OF SCARLET

Today's Look was created with Deck of Scarlet's Edition No.01 Palette by Evon Wahab.

When I first saw Deck of Scarlet on Instagram, I was instantly intrigued. The idea of a subscription service is nothing new, but the idea of receiving a full palette including everything you'd need to create a full look was definitely new. For those of you wondering how it works, Deck of Scarlet releases a palette every other month that was created & curated with an Instagram or YouTube Influencer, called the Artist-In-Chief. When you subscribe, you can see the makeup you're getting for that month & you have the option to skip it if it isn't your cup of tea. It's so simple, & yet so good. This palette was created by YouTube star Evon Wahab & the palette is full of earthy yet edgy neutrals & brights, including a bright orange shadow & a duochrome green. It also contains a deep brown shadow, a cool toned bronzer, & a champagne highlight, as well as a coral lip colour & a deep nude. It also has a matching lip pencil & an eyeliner in the same shade as the green shadow.
