TODAY'S LOOK | GRUNGE

Inspired by my teen years, Today's Look is all about Grunge.

When I sat down at my worktable to do my makeup today, I received a text from my brother informing me that Chris Cornell, Frontman of Soundgarden & Audioslave, had committed suicide. He was an early hero of my brother's & had such an impact on us musically all throughout our teen years & into adulthood. So as I started to do my makeup I decided to let grunge be my inspiration for this look as a bit of an homage to Cornell, as well as to my angsty teen years. Grunge has had a bit of a mainstream recurrence in the makeup industry, & it's always nice to take a trend & put your own personal spin on it.
