Beauty on a budget! I used only affordable drugstore makeup to create today's edgy graphic liner, proving that you don't have to break the bank to get the looks you want. Maybelline's Eye Studio Gel Liner in Blackest Black is quite possibly my all-time favourite gel liner, ever. It's jet black, easy to work with, stays put even on my watery eyes, & best of all, it's around $6.00 at the drugstore. I usually buy mine at Walmart. You can pick one up HERE .
