Don't have a burgundy eyeliner? No problem! Just use a liquid lipstick.

Berry tones are flattering on just about everyone, & it's a great way to freshen up your look without making any drastic changes. Wear it in place of brown, & if you have green or blue eyes, it will really make them pop. I used a liquid lipstick in place of an eyeliner to create the wing. Using the same liquid lipstick I buffed it onto my eyelids to create a stained effect, & placed some gold highlighter in the centre to create a halo eye.
